Our Commitment

At Dave’s Creations, we take pride in crafting premium Canadian hardwood products with exceptional attention to detail. Every piece is individually handcrafted and carefully inspected before leaving our workshop.

If you have a question or concern regarding your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Unused, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase, provided they are in their original condition.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made, engraved and personalized products are created specifically for each customer and are therefore final sale.

If your custom order arrives damaged or there is a concern with the craftsmanship upon delivery, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.

Product Care Responsibility

Solid hardwood requires routine care and maintenance.

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their product.

Damage resulting from improper care or misuse is not considered a product defect.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Dishwasher use

• Soaking or prolonged exposure to water

• Failure to routinely oil kitchen boards

• Heat damage

• Improper storage

• Outdoor exposure of indoor products

• Misuse or neglect

Order Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup.

If you believe your order was damaged during transit or there is a concern with your product upon receipt, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include photographs where applicable so we can assist you promptly.

Delivery & Pickup

Complimentary local delivery is available within approximately 30 km of Whitby, Ontario on qualifying purchases.

Additional delivery or shipping charges may apply outside this service area.

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.
